Your privacy is important to us. We will never share identifiable data without your permission. We will never sell our Members' data to a third party.

LITTLENEX apps offered on Google Play Store or the Apple App Store are not concerned by this privacy policy as they DO NOT COLLECT any user data and therefore do not share user data with other companies or organizations whatsoever either.

INTRODUCTION

Thank you for visiting LITTLENEX.com (this "Website"), Games2LearChinese.com, and Games2LearnEnglish.com (the "Websites"), all LITTLENEX DIGITAL STUDIO CORP. ("we", "our" or "us") websites. This document explains what information we collect about users of this product, how we use this information, and other privacy and security issues.

If you create a user account with this Website, you will be asked during the initial registration to consent to the collection and/or processing in the United States of your personally identifiable information, which includes the use of cookies as described below.

LITTLENEX is in the business of producing and selling educational content and products designed for university students, language instructors, teachers or professors, or adult learners and language learning enthusiasts. If you are under the age of 18, please get permission from your parent/legal guardian before using the Websites, getting a Membership, or sending any e-mail to us. You must be 18 or older to order a subscription to any of the LITTLENEX websites. We will not sell or market directly to minors and always seek parental or legal guardian's authorization whenever we identify that a minor attempts to purchase a LITTLENEX product or service.

A note to schools and districts: we DO NOT collect student identifiable information. Schools can use LITTLENEX without sharing any personal student data.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information collected when subscribing: In the registration process, we ask our subscriber to provide us with an email address. We use the contact information to send users service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary or advisable to do so. We use personal data for our own statistics. Paypal, the company that processes our payments, may ask our subscribers more information such as name, phone number and billing information. Please refer to Paypal's Privacy Policy for more information about their policies.

Username and password: Subscribers create a username in the registration process. We use usernames and passwords of subscribers' accounts to authenticate logins, allow access to the paid content and monitor subscription compliance. The username is also used to authenticate users when requesting technical support.

Contact information for newsletter and surveys: At some of our Websites, you may now or in the future order products, enter contests, vote in polls or otherwise express an opinion, subscribe to one of our services such as our online newsletters. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected at these pages include: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and information about your interests in and use of various products, programs, and services. The contact information you submit will not be shared, sold or used for any other purpose and you may opt out at any time.

Contact information for e-cards and gifts: At some of our Websites, you may submit information about other people. For example, you might submit a person's name and e-mail address to send an electronic greeting card and, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you might submit the recipient's name and address. If you have registered to receive our newsletter and decide in the future that you would like to not receive it anymore, you may sending us an email and we will edit your preferences accordingly. Finally, we will not use or transfer personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you with an opportunity to opt out of these unrelated uses.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION BY THIRD PARTY SITES AND SPONSORS

We may provide Personally Identifiable Information to our partners, business affiliates and third party service providers who work for LITTLENEX and operate some of its functionalities, such as hosting services, streaming services and credit card processing. These third parties are well-known, established service providers, who are bound contractually to practice adequate security measures and only use your information for the sole purpose of providing the services. These third parties do not have independent right to share your Personally Identifiable Information. We share Anonymous Information or De-Identified Information about our users for tracking analytical information when using third party web analytical tools. We may use or share Anonymous Information or De-Identified Information for educational research purposes, to evaluate the educational benefit of using our services or to improve our services.

Some of our Websites contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different than ours. Visitors should consult the other sites' privacy policies, as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.

Our servers are located in a secured, locked and monitored environment to prevent unauthorized entry or theft, and are protected by a firewall. The servers are located in a data center in the United States and backed up daily to a secure, US based, offsite data center.

HOW YOU CAN ACCESS OR CORRECT INFORMATION

To access the personally identifiable information that this Website has collected about you online from the pages on which this Privacy Policy is posted, to correct factual errors in such information, or to update your interests, preferences or other portions of your user profile, please send an email. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to help verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

USING LITTLENEX OUTSIDE THE US

If you are using these Websites outside the United States, you consent to having your information and data transferred to the United States. If you are from any jurisdiction with laws or regulations governing the use of the Internet, including collection, use and disclosure of personal data, different from those of the United States, you may only use these Websites in a manner lawful in your jurisdiction.
